Pimmel & Messer » Yamaha XJ600
Starting off with a stock Yamaha XJ600, French workshop Pimmel & Messer have built this awesome custom. The original motorcycle, which was in a rather poor state of affairs, was completely taken apart in order to replace the worn out parts, and that includes the fuel tank, which was ditched in favour of one sourced from a 1978 Suzuki GS 550. The front forks are lowered by 6.5cm, with the original mono raised to 7cm. A vintage car fog light does duty at the front, while the rear end, which features a custom-fitted Ducati SS tail unit and a custom seat, sports an LED unit. The handcrafted Pimmel & Messer exhaust features a 4-in-1 dirt bike 250cc silencer. Topping off the build is a silver metal base complemented by blue “Evian” and deep black paint scheme.
