Custom Honda CB250 » Exesor Motorcycles
Exesor Motorcycles’ custom Honda CB250 is a parts-bin special of sorts, but a very nicely engineered one at that. It receives a Honda CB360 engine bored out to 390cc, Honda CB400F swingarm, Honda CL360 exhaust header, CB250K0 front drum, CB250G rear drum and Suzuki Bandit 600 rear sets. The work of Christian, a 38 year-old Austrian who builds motorcycles in his spare time, the bike started life as a 1976 CB250 on eBay, sold cheap due to its pitiful state of affairs.
Christian’s only premise for the build was that not a single part of the finished bike would be chrome plated, instead opting for nickel plating, black chrome galvanising or bare stainless steel. One of the highlights of the bike has to be the custom CNC-milled triple tree, which was designed by Christian to accommodate a digital speedometer; a neat touch that also eliminates the need for dials or gauges on the handlebars.
