Technical illustrator and designer extraordinaire, Vizualtech’s Bo Zolland came up with these mindblowing renders of a Ducati 1098-inspired and powered jet ski, which, if ever made, could very well be the world’s fastest jet ski.
That title is currently held by Kawasaki’s Ultra 310 R, featuring a supercharged 1498cc four-cylinder engine that makes 310 horsepower.
This one, dubbed Wetcati, is planned to use not one, but two Ducati 1098 engines. If you recall, a single 1098 motor makes 160hp and 123Nm of torque, which translates into a potent 320hp and 246Nm. While we may or may not see this rolling down the production line, it’s great to see marine vehicles taking inspiration from sports bikes.
