The Kawasaki W800 has been a perennial favourite of custom bike builders, and it’s no different with the folks at Deus who built this for Santiago, one of the head honchos at Italian Deus Cafe. As he was looking for something special in his first custom bike, Deus decided to start with the famous Gicleur Noir and move further to obtain something more personal and tailor-made, with all the specifications that Santiago was looking for.

The donor bike was taken apart in order to declutter ande lighten up things, and an SC-Project exhaust was added, along with spoked wheels, an original SR tank tweaked to work with the Kawasaki’s fuel injection system, new seat, and a lot of special parts like handmade aluminium body panels, new fenders and lights. The last step was to hand over the bike to Kaos Design who dished out the luscious gloss black paint that perfectly complements the matte components.
