MTT Turbine Superbike is nuts!
After developing the first turbine-powered outboard sanctioned by the US military and the RetroROCKET, MTT produced not only the first turbine-powered street legal motorcycle, but also the most powerful production bike in the world, the MTT Turbine Superbike. Powered by a Rolls-Royce Allison gas turbine engine, the Turbine Superbike has demonstrated over 320 horsepower and 576Nm of torque on the Dyne Jet 200 and has been clocked at a record breaking 365km/h.
MTT’s latest model, the MTT Turbine Streetfighter, has all the standard features of the Turbine Superbike, but with a larger swingarm, Pirelli Diablo 240 rear tyre, increased fuel capacity, and enhanced cooling system. The Turbine Streetfighter comes equipped with a 320hp Rolls Royce-Allison turbine with the option to upgrade to a 420hp turbine with approximately 678Nm of torque.
Representing the latest in engineering technology, the bike features carbon-fibre fairings, a tubular aluminium frame containing the bike’s transmission fluids and reserve tank, a rear-mounted camera with LCD colour display, SmartStart computerized ignition, and more. In addition to being very, very expensive, production is limited to just five per year, making it one of the most exclusive motorbikes in the world.
